Moscow, Russa: CAE Fidesys will now be available in Autodesk App store for Autodesk Inventor. Fidesys LLC, a developer of multi-platform CAE Fidesys for analyzing strength under large deformations and their redistribution, launched this user friendly tool which is highly effective to perform a complete cycle of engineering-strength analysis which includes loading a CAD mode and its analysis, model calculation, organizing loads and material mechanical properties, meshing, opting for and setting a FEM-solver, and visualization of results.
The Autodesk Exchange Apps store, a portal to the Autodesk Inventor software ecosystem, gives access to add-ins to enable designers to locate and download solutions to some of their demanding design challenges, specifically engineering strength analysis. Autodesk Exchange Apps include applications for 15 Autodesk products that include AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Inventor, and Autodesk Maya. The Autodesk Exchange Apps store is a highly convenient resource as customers can access it directly on the Web and from within Autodesk products as well.
The new CAE Fidesys 1.4 helps to perform linear and nonlinear static and dynamic strength analysis of 2D and 3D solids, and solve buckling and thermo-mechanical problems. Senior director of the Autodesk Developer Network, Jim Quanci, said that the CAE Fidesys is a great example of the range of valuable add-ins that are available easily to customers from within the design and engineering products that are used every day. He welcomed Fidesys LLC as a participant in the Autodesk Exchange Apps store and stated that The CAE Fidesys is a full function CAE with an exclusive feature of spectral element modeling (SEM) that provides absolutely accurate results and more robust functionality to all Autodesk customers in the industry relying on Autodesk Inventor for their design projects. The Board Member of Fidesys LLC, Marina Korol, thanked the Autodesk Exchange team for their invaluable support during all the phases of CAE Fidesys submission to the store.
