Autodesk Releases New Simulation Tool

Autodesk releases new Flow Design simulation tool that aids design engineers to create airflow around their models as soon as they launch the application. Earlier simulation was considered as a complex technology, but now it is a common trend to incorporate simulation into product development cycles as it helps to speed up the development of products and also supports their quick delivery to the market.

Simulating product designs digitally reduces the requirement for expensive physical testing methods and thus enhancing the development time. By releasing the new simulation tool, Autodesk, has enabled design engineers to benefit from its use. Autodesk Flow Design is a simple and user friendly flow design software with the help of which engineers and designers can simulate airflow around any object in a virtual wind tunnel. Even users with no experience of simulation can use this software to see and comprehend airflow behavior around their model as soon as the application is launched.

Autodesk Flow Design facilitates users in multiple industries such as vehicle designers and architectural designers. Since this software is extremely geometry tolerant, it can accept model types ranging from concept designs to models that are completely detailed, without much preparation required. The Flow Design also provides real-time feedback which makes users capable of visualizing wind interacting with their designs.
